Just out of the blue, last month, Jeremy came home from a run and told me to get ready because we were going to Yakima! Ok....Well, we ended up taking a little day trip over the mountains to Yakima to pick some cherries and cruise the city. Well, if you know Yakima, you know that it's not a very big city. I have family that used to live in neighboring towns, but not in the heart of the city, so we've never really hung out there, just passed by it on the way to Idaho. We ended up just walking around downtown for a while and found a little cherry orchard to do some picking and came home! On the way there we stopped in Ellensburg for lunch and on the way home we stopped in North Bend for dinner. That was the extent of the trip, but it was a fun little outing and great family time.
