Ok, Ok, normally I try not to "copy" others' blogs but I've seen this on a few lately and have enjoyed reading what people remember about them. So, I thought I'd give it a shot and see if there's any memories lingering out there about Me (and/or Jer). So, go ahead and leave any memory of Me or Jer or both! Here's how it goes...
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one (or two or three) memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.
Thanks!

My most distinct memory is Settlers of Catan. And the brand new spankin' car you got after the car accident settlement.
ReplyDeleteI also remember that we were in the 23rd ward with Bishop Blackham...fun times!
Oh my! So many to choose from...you are in like 2/3 of my childhood/adolesent memories. I don't know if I could ever pin point a favorite memory but a fond memory is the summer that we spent just about everyday at the pool at my Mom's and sent my little sister over to Taco Bell for tacos, mexi nuggets and Mountin Dew! Then there is the all the late nights hangin' out at your house talkin' about boys and eating Cool Ranch Doritos. My goodness this is making me wish we still lived close. I miss all that stuff. I also remember the week that you went to visit your aunt and how much I missed you that week. I could go on for hours. I should write some of this down for myself. Anyway, I don't put this kind of stuff on my own blog but it is a fun game and thanks for giving me a chance to remember! Gosh...I miss you!
ReplyDeleteOh, I remembered another good one EFY!
ReplyDeleteI remember when we lived in Rexburg when we were both married. You were so shy, and I always wanted to get to know you. I passed you and Jer running once, (somehow he had convinced you to go). You were like yards behind him, walking, and telling him to slow down. It was really funny. Now, you could probably beat him at his own game!!
ReplyDeleteWhen I look at Samantha when she is mad about something, It reminds me of the time you were mad about something and you were dancing around (stomping) with a really sour look on your face. You were about 4 years old. Thanks for the memories. I love you.
ReplyDeleteYou and Jermey letting us wash our laundry at your house because all we had was a dryer. Then talking for hours while the guys did something on the computer and it would get so late we would be way to tired to say anything and the boys were still just playing long after they said they were almost done. That was great.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with Katie, on the Settlers of Catan thing, and also Apples to Apples, and being your visiting teacher. Having our babies a few months apart and not knowing what the heck we were doing!
ReplyDeleteThe thing I remember most about you when we were kids is watching the Sandlot and being in love with Benny. (I think that was his name in the movie).
ReplyDeleteMore recently, I have always been amazed that our daughters were born on the same day, September 28th, 2004. I cannot believe they're almost four. Time flies when you're a mommy!
