We finally bought a house! For a while there we thought we were going to be homeless. Luckily, we found this great house in Maple Hills that will be great for our family. It's got a huge park and swimming pool in the community that we're going to be living in walking distance to, so that will be nice this summer. It's on 3/4 of an acre and has a huge deck and sunroom. It's an old house, but has been remodeled and looks very nice. It's not in one of those fancy dancy new communities, but around Seattle you need to be making quite a bit of money to live in one of those. We're not quite there yet. Maybe in ten years? Anyways, we're really excited! We'll be moving on the 23rd of this month, which makes life a little stressful. It's coming up so fast and there's so much to do! Wish us luck!

ReplyDeleteHey congrats on the house! It all went really fast for you. That is always great! Who needs to live in a fancy dancy neighborhood. All that brings is having to "keep up with the jones'" and that is no fun. Have fun and don't stress to much. Easier said than done! I know!!

ReplyDeleteThat is so awesome that you have a house. I so look forward to owning a house. However, Houston is not the place I see myself. When you move in you will have to share pics of the inside too.
